Somebody please explain the tackle eligibility to me, an uncovered man on the Los is eligible that's the way I always understood it. The guy could run a fade if he wants doesn't matter if it's backward or not like the announcers right?

Yes, it has to be backwards. As the ref said, if in doubt it's forward.

My understanding was always an end man that is uncovered is eligible
