Why is that so important when you can concentrate on PODCASTS, Coaching opening, and black towels in the student section. Who needs the fundamentals when you can play with all of the fringe benefits of the program. (Loved you post BTW - spot on)

Because that is easy. It also doesn't require you to look inward at your own mistakes.

All of that does help with recruiting- I get your point but no amount of bitching or wishing is going to change who we are this year. Our crowd does have a huge impact on opposing teams - we may as well go all out and make as big of an impact as possible.

I can agree with this - just becoming a bit jaded with all of the optics but poor performance where it really counts.

He has to do both and he understands that. I think his attitude in the press conference this week shows that. It's also way more fun to go do the pod casts when he's winning instead of after losses. So....I'm pretty sure he knows he has to perform better than what we saw on Friday.

I think some of you are vastly overestimating the time input for a weekly podcast of less than one hour. Especially considering most of the long interviews were done before the season started.
