USC/Nebraska game on ABC

If both teams are undefeated, it's not out of the question. What it depends on are the other marquee matchups that week. You also have to take into account the fact that they were at the NU/USC game last year and might not make a repeat trip. I hope they do, just to see what asshat Herbie has to say with 20,000 Nebraska fans behind the set.

I'm glad this game is at 7, it gives the fans a chance to drink more beforehand and get a little rowdy. Texas game was fun last year, but fans aren't as loud when it's 11 A.M.
I dont think gameday was at SC last year was it? anywho, get the crowd all good and liquored up!...well not too liquored up, i don't want a bunch of fans acting like a$$'s

Yea, it was there, but nobody remembers because the west coast time change meant it started at the coliseum at like 7 AM.....it sucked, I was gonna go to it until I realized I'd have to wake up at 6 just to get down there in time...............and i totally agree with you on the "not too liquored up" part, I want us to be loud, but I want us to retain our class too.....

Yea Gameday was at SC last year, and it far from sucked. We out numbered the SC fans 3 to 1 for the first hour. It was of GD's larger turnouts, was the coment. Had a great time from start to finish.

Very little doubt it will be at Nebraska as long as both remain undefeated. It is supposed to be the #2 game of the year, behind Va Tech and LSU. ???????.

I am not coming back for the game this year. Kid is getting married and doing the National FJ convention in Colorado. Just not enough time to make the drive to Nebraska unfortunately.

Not acting like A-holes but I'd love to see all the fans drown out Herbstreit eveytime that P.O.S. tries to open his mouth.

SWEET!!!! I hope to god we beat USC so it will shut the experts up for the rest of the year about 'em!!!! Time to see the sea of red on television!!!! :bonez

old Herb is dumb, but he isn't stupid enough to mouth-off when surrounded by a huge bunch of home fans.

of course no one though Corsoe would be slamming down a beer in a traffic jam supervised by the LPD either!

That was Musberger that did that.

;)

sorry, right, Slushberger. after awhile all these guys seem the same!

I think this game is the same day as Michigan/Notre Dame...I could see Gameday going Ann Arbor to suckle on the teet of the Irish... <_<

it's a legitimate concern because on the same weekend last year they went to our game against USC........but hopefully they keep in mind that ND sucks and got their a$$ kicked by Michigan last year

I love our chances against SC. The offense will be more dynamic than it was last year, and we were a fumble away from pullin out the upset against texas! Callahan will get his "Big One" in year 4, and it will come on the night of September 15th, 2007. My only concern is how our DB's are going to match up with their big WR's (Patrick Turner)?

Of course GD will be ND/UM that day, unfortunately.

NU and USC will not be undefeated going in...that will probably make the difference.

Fops

doesn't matter, ND is too big a draw, same old sh#t, the Irish hype machine gets them great coverage and into bowl games they have no business getting to play. i am frankly tired of the same old sh#t!

I got one of the Irish fans at my work going the other day because I was talking s*&t about Brady Quinn. He was really fired up.............. :clap
