USC tickets

Man wish I were going but do to my son playing footballthat part of the year cant go. Everybody have a great and

I'm not telling you how to parent - But dude ya gotta go - Your kid will probally have more games and it's a good life lesson for him - You can't be there every second for your kids, you have to live yourself also. I remember when I was little my dad missing games, vacations ETC. I never held it against him. :cheers

I certainly would not walk that area at night, off campus. During the day I haven't felt that I was in danger there. Of course it only takes one time being wrong to end up in the hospital or worse.

Can someone please explain how these ticket sales work? I went on the usc sight and it says you must perchase season tickets, but you all are saying you bought 3 for 213.00 and such.How does this work?I have got to go to this game! I will be returning from commercial fishing in Alaska 2 weeks before the game and cant think of a better event to blow some of my earnings on.Thank you for any feedback.

They are going to tentativly start selling them again April 1st - I would call the SC ticket office (213) 740-4672 or go to www.stubhub.com they have a ton of tickets for sale right now.

 
I went ahead and booked our hotel for the USC game, in case any other Huskerboard members may wish to stay somewhere close and get together Friday and Saturday. It's called the Renaissance Montura, a Marriot hotel. It's only 3 miles from the beach and 7 miles from the Coliseum and not near the bad parts of LA. Nice bars near there as well. Booked it on travelocity for less than $100/night.

Your best bet, and mine, is to find someone you know who is a season ticket holder at SC. I found two and they are ordering additional seats for me. They have the option on all single game additionals until they open this thing back up on the 1st. The NE options will go like lightning, so this is my back up plan.

And like it says above, this ain't Kansas anymore toto. The area has improved since the riots, but get in, and get out, and watch where you park. Do not get their too early and park right next to the stadium, as it will take you hours to get out as they let people tailgate and park in the isles and there is only one in and one out of the parking lots just east and north of the stadium. It is actually easier to shuttle in from Staples center (Olympic and the 110), or park in the private lots outside the park.
