Huh? I think I may be more concerned about Wake Forest than USC. The USC game is in Lincoln and USC will be even worse than they were this season. Jerrett is gone and we should be improved. I am more concerned with some in conference games than any of our ooc games next season.

Not at all. Jerrett and Smith are history , and I dont think Booty or"John David Booty" as ESPN likes to call him is all that he is cracked up to be. Yes they will be worse then they were this year. Quit humping USCs leg! :madash

 
Well they do have a reciever thats like a freshman or sophmore this year that played quite a bit. He's tall just like Jarret and is supposed to be just as good.......that might be reason to worry......but I think we'll be able to take care of business against them next year.

USC returns the whole defense, Booty will be better in his second year, they are stacked at Oline, and stacked at WR, they won't be putting anyone less then a 5* at receiver, they have like 4 or 5 5* Rbs..They are loaded..you are crazy to think they will not be better..

I'm not so sure. The trojans lost two games this season with their bowl game still to come. Plus three of their wins were by a TD or less. If anything this season has shown us they can be beat. Besides with Keller at the helm we have an entire new offense.

 
Don't get me wrong, we can beat them, and I think we have a very good chance, we really need to play great defense in that game and shut down there green receivers..we need to make them one dimensional and get the running game going

 
We lose a lot of starters off of our defense. Our whole defensive line plus some. The game may come down to a shoot out.

Our secondary will be MUCH improved. I personally think that Keller will be a upgrade somewhat at QB. Its a home game to boot.

Anyone watch UCLA beat sc?????

Damn strait we can win this and any other game we play next year.

That's the game that sticks out the most to me. I think we beat USC. They were surprised how strong our line men were last game. Wait till they have to play in Lincoln with the roar from the home crowd pumping them up.

Whatever, since when is it better to beat powder puffs (by inference)? I'd rather see us play well and loose a good game to an elite team any day than beat up on some 3rd tier team. Of course it's even better to beat an elite team, but ya can't win over what you don't play.

These posts are so funny. Keller is not all that special, USC has seen him the last couple years at ASU. He couldnt even beat out Rudy Carpenter. Booty has a lot better rating then Keller will ever have. Zac Taylor is a great QB, you really think Keller is going to step in and become god? Just in case you didnt know, USC returns all their whole team. Patrick Turner will be as good or better then Jarrett. Hazelton will be better then Smith. Then their Hollands (did not play this year due to injury) who won the state in the 100 yard dash in California the last couple of years who is going to be amazing. The running game, was average to below average but next year will again be better do to the fact that everyone is healthy. RB Chauncey Washington told reporters that his knee problems this season were due to a torn MCL that has finally healed according to his latest MRI exam results. With this guy healthy, they have a top 10 back. They return basically everyone on the defense, they will be the best defense in the nation next year. period. The only advantage that we might have is that their offensive cordinator is way below average, if they simply put Booty into a shotgun formation the UCLA game this would have gave him time to throw. The kid is not much of an athlete but is very accurate. By the way, have you season their incoming class:
