VICELAND: A New TV Channel by VICE

They debuted yesterday. Replaces H2 or the History channels secondary channel in your cable lineup if you had it before. I won't be watching Ellen Page's show but the rest of it looks decent.

Good for them. Haven't watched anything they've done in a while, but IMO they have some pretty interesting stories. I'm not huge into documentaries, but they have done some stories on topics and people I've never heard of and would not have if I hadn't found their youtube channel. If you like Vice or want to know more about them I'd suggest checking out their youtube channel (Vice). it has some of their episodes from HBO along with some other pretty interesting stuff.

They took away a history channel and put on lowest common denominator TV.

I have HBO on Demand so I'll have to check out their youtube channel. As for now they definitely need more programming but that will come in time. Glad that Spike Jonze is involved.

Really enjoying Noisey and Weediquette so far and VICE essentials. VICE Guide To Film has been good especially the episode about Werner Herzog. Good stuff.
