Vincent Valentine and Randy Gregory

I thought Valentine really showed up well today. That guy's just big and seems like in the coming years he'll be able to push guys around easily.

Randy Gregory ofcourse too shows a lot of potential on the line. He seems sometimes like a linebacker on theline with his speed and agility. If he gets a bit more size while keeping his speed he could be pretty good too.

My question is do you guys think Gregory or Valentine will be a bigger presence next year and then down the line?

Both hopefully, but RG looks like he will be a real big impact player if he stays healthy....also, Rose looks the part too

Really liked when VV completely bull rushed the Iowa QB today for his sack. Excited for the future. As for RG going to the draft, hes awesome and I love him, but if hes going to be a one and done then Im not too worried . Avery Moss and Greg McMullen are right behind Gregory in terms of talent.

Both these guys, Aaron Curry, and Avery Moss, all have the potential to be big time. That's a full complement defensive line there. Gregory would seem the most freakish talent so far.

I haven't seen anyone handle VV one-on-one this year. Pretty much gets a double team every play. Because that is what happens when you don't.

They certainly should be. Seems like a light went on for Valentine over the last few games.

I think the light went on for quite a few. Some on here had predicted they would be good towards the end of the season. I think we see that. We have a pretty solid base for next year, and with a few of the bumps and bruises healing between now and the bowl, we might even see greater improvement. Here is hoping.
