Vote Lucky as USA Today Player of the Week

The comments are very telling...it shows that every fanbase thinks the entire country and media is out to get them. Love the poster who says, "Shows the east coast bias never ends..." when expressing his aghast that DeSean Jackson (Cal's WR) wasn't nominated.

EAST COAST BIAS!? You'd think nobody's ever heard of USC. But to put things into perspective, I really donn't think the media hates us as much as we make it out to be sometimes.

By the way, enough with the Armanti Edwards love. That game was extraordinary. It was about so much more than the App. St. QB. What about that crazy receiver they had? Or the guy who blocked the field goal that would have made the headlines "Wolverines survive scare" instead of what they are? It was not his individual heroics that defined the weekend. Credit goes to those Mountaineers, but as far as individual performances, our game was pretty much the Marlon Lucky Show.

How did edwards win it?
The award is decided by 3 votes.

1 vote to the total fan vote

1 vote each to 2 columninsts.

Lucky ran away with the fan vote. Both columnists voted for Armanti 'Suit' Edwards. It's OK....he deserves it for leading them to victory in the Big House.

I don't deny what Edwards did, but this was a complete garbage poll...don't let the fans vote if it is completely irrelevent to the outcome.
