Nebraska has re-upped its focus on the walk-on program since Scott Frost and his staff came to Lincoln last winter, and after bringing in a big walk-on class in the 2018 recruiting class, the Huskers would like to add another full walk-on class in 2019 as well.
Frost said earlier this season that the walk-on program is a big priority going forward.
"We’re going to keep building the walk-on program," Frost said. "It’s one thing just to have numbers on a team, it’s another to have guys that we genuinely feel like can contribute to this program, that we’re going to work with and build, that can come not just players but starters on this football team. If there’s a young man that we think can be a great player here we’re going to try and get him in this program.
