This is true. Strain is for tendons (the muscle to bone attachments) and sprain is for ligaments (bone to bone attachments).

 
I just left Arby's and saw Prince leaving on crutches. As Crick was helping him into the car some old blue hair backed into them and so I stayed and watched. The ambulance showed up and said Crick had a broken leg. I'm thinking it can't get any worse than this but I go into Arby's anyways. Get my meal, sit down and Lee Corso joins me. Now it is really starting to not be a good night!!! Bo warned me about Corso being in town but I didn't listen.
