We are laughable on Defense

It is hard to say where we will fininsh the season. I am hopeful for a win at Iowa State but not sure we can count on any thing!

 
I am only hoping for "some" improvement in the Iowa State game preferably on the defensive side

of the ball. Visiting with Clony fans, they really feel that their team has a chance in this game and

I'm sure they'll bring more confidence with them into this game.

As bad as the defense has been, ISU definitely does have a shot. I'd be really surprised if there was no improvement over what we saw last weekend. One thing is for sure, it's hard to get much worse.

 
"Meyer to Blythe" is going to be echoing through my nightmares in the coming days...and possibly for weeks after.

Unless our front 7 can get some pressure on Meyer, I think we could be in for a long ride on Saturday. He's a mobile QB with a decent arm, just like the last guy that torched us.

Of course, Keller will undoubtedly light up the field again and I'm sure Lucky will have another 100 yard game when it's all said and done. We'll win, but people will still be wanting Cos's head on a pike.
