Fire and Passion do not win football games you are correct. But it would sure does help to have players out there that want to win and will do all the little things possible to contribute to get a win.

Our players do not do the little things that make winning possible every game. Those little things would consist of ball control, turnovers, and penalties. Teams that do those things well will have a winning record. Things like these can make a team that does not have the talent comparable to those like Texas and Oklahoma, able to compete and compete with a chance of winning. Having players that do not understand these little things make me wonder what our coaching staff is trying to do with our team.

I didn't say our current players dont. I think the players from the west coast aren't going to have the desire to win for the big red because there won't be no tradition and no nebraskans to show the tradition. And the coaches sure as hell aren't going to get them fired up atleast as of yet.

 
Callahan is killing our tradition...

And SP isn't helping matters any...
