That's god's work right there............it's fate!!!!
I think we are screwed if its snowing, we arent even practicing outdoors.....
Right. It should factor the same to both teams. But more than the snow/cold is the turf. That field is not exactly in the best shape. They're going to be digging up more turf that I do trying to hit a strong 7 iron.It effects both teams. If it's not windy or raining or snowing, it won't be much of a factor IMO

I remember getting tackled on the field in this type of weather and it felt like I was hitting pavement!!!!!True,Right. It should factor the same to both teams. A friend of mine is a Cheifs season ticket holder and he said the field is pretty tore up at this point in the season. Its going to be so cold, that ground is probably going to be hard as a rock!
Kind of like a dry heat!!!!!! :lol:Either way, it's going to be a$$-chilling cold for each team, fans included. Forecast at kickoff is 21 degrees, north wind at 10 mph, which makes the wind chill feel about 10 degrees. It should be dry, but COLD!

This cracks me up..."We have performed well on the road this year," Thompson said. "In the (Texas) A&M game, we came out and had two (long) drives and that was one of the quietest stadiums we've played in.
"Those (drives) suck out the energy and crowds lose their momentum. And big plays in the passing game will quiet a crowd real quickly."
Ah, but there's the question. Will OU's running backs be able to hold on to the football in hand-freezing conditions? And how effective will Thompson be throwing a football that becomes heavier in colder weather?
Starting tailback Allen Patrick had trouble holding on to the football at times this season. And the Sooners had a combined 11 turnovers in three consecutive games before playing a turnover-free contest in the regular-season finale at Oklahoma State.
The coldest game OU played in this season was against Colorado, when the temperature was 46 degrees at kickoff.
The Sooners also lost three of four fumbles against Texas Tech when the temperature was 51 degrees at kickoff. Thompson had one pass intercepted as OU had to rally from a 14-point deficit to win 34-24.
"We played in a cold game this year, so we have some experience with it," Thompson said. "So I don't think guys are going to panic."
Panic, no. But freezing is another matter.
Uhhhh...no you didn't!"We played in a cold game this year, so we have some experience with it," Thompson said. "So I don't think guys are going to panic."
