Weather Forecast -- October 28

As I write this, Noon on Saturday is 54 hrs out.

Only the GFS weather model even has Lincoln flirting with freezing temps, and that isn't until 7 PM. According to the European weather model (sadly, more accurate than the GFS) AND the NAM, Lincoln will be in the upper 30s (37/39) and at 7 PM 34/35.

You might see some flakes.

They'll be the ones saying "so much for global warming".

(I kill me.)

 
Friday Update:

Still at 50/50 on if I want to go or not.  I know it will be fun, I know pregame drinking will be a blast.  BUT still not sure.

Go on behalf of all of us who live so far away that we rarely can experience the joy of frost nipping at our nose inside MEMORIAL STADIUM!!  Or do what my great uncle always did - take a shot or two or three of Everclear to warm you up :wasted

In Vegas it will be 80 here. I’m working on a way to move the weather we have here to Lincoln, I’m hoping to have something figured out by Saturday 

 
it looks like there is a 90% chance it will be dry during the game and the temps won't drop below freezing until very late if at all during the game.  that is not bad weather at all.
