What's going on here? The poster didn't say anything terrible. He just expressed an opinion. We can agree to disagree, can't we? No reason to go off on him. If you can't help yourselves, go to the Woodshed. Instead of taking pot shots at the poster, how about you just debate him/her. Agree to disagree.

I just didn't see any real argument/point to the post. Any post should have some type of plot. I couldn't really pull it out of this one. Whatever.
I am a native Austinite and a UT graduate. I have been a Big Red fan since I was a kid and saw Redwine and Hipp in the Cotton Bowl. At the same time I saw USC and Charles White beat Ohio State in the Rose Bowl. I have been a fan of both schools, while always hating the HORNZ! I just wanna see this conference be more than just OU/Texas, with Texas only able to beat OU when they have no QB. A strong Nebraska, Mizzou and KSU/CU will make this conference as good as it was back when OU won the 2000 title. Husker don't seem to be there yet, but they are the best in the north.

I didn't realize the percentage was that high, if it is, but I did notice that most of the time we shifted it was a run. I think most other teams realized that too, as when we shifted they usually seemed to shift one or 2 players as "spies" on our running back.No. I thought it was an interesting insight. 90% of the time we shift, it's a run play? I didn't notice that, and I'll have to check for that next year and see if it's true. Besides, husker fan or not, he should be welcome here

Big 10 is a joke. I'm saying that instead of looking like 1991 Washington, which would be ideal, or the current USC squad or 2001 Miami, the Huskers look like they are trying to copy Wisconsin (HUGE and SLOW). The only difference is that the Huskers pass the ball, while Wisconsin runs the ball most of the time. I think that the Huskers can produce a fast, terrorizing defense like the Blackshirts of old, with and explosive, multi-dimensional offense keyed around a strong running game, like the 1991 Washington Huskies that ran up approx. 700 yards offense and won 36-21 going away at Memorial Stadium. The Huskers changed their defense after losing their bowl game to Miami 22-0. They basically went to a 4-3 that mixed both Miami and Washington themes.
