i know this thread is beat to absolute death but i gotta say it my way to feel better even for a minute...

i was watching the game last night and all i could think was "Man, this defense we're running looks familiar."

Then i realized, as Mizzou wasnt' slowing down and kept getting point after point, that it looked like the

EXACT SAME f'ing DEFENSE WE RAN AGAINST TEXAS TECH AND GAVE UP 70 POINTS.

So at this point in the night I quit screaming, "Rush the passer! Send more than 3 down lineman!" and just watched to see if there would be any adjustments from TWDCE (The Worst Def. Coordinator Ever) and sure enough, nope. So now I've been driven to insanity.

now, how could i type that so many times in a row? isn't that kind of a waste of time and just plain stupid? well, ask Cozgrove how he could run the same f,ucking defense 80 times in a row and in two different games? because i've gone completely insane watching him destroy our tradition!!! :madash :madash :madash :madash :madash :madash :madash :madash :madash

Yeah, I was also wondering about the rush 3 thingy. After their first two scores, I figured they'd put more people up there, but it didn't happen. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't see that many blitzes. Daniel got cockier as the game went along knowing that we couldn't pressure him. All the while our O-line can't pass block for nothing.

I was tired of seeing the cb playing off 5 to 7 yards of the receivers all the time. Especially when all the other team needed was 5 yards for a first.

I couldn't believe after the half that they didn't adjust the defense one bit. I mean what kind of moron continues to run a defense like that after they lit us up in the 1st half??? Oh that's right.............COSGROVE! :madash

Callahan's Cornhuskers make every opponent look like national champs. They're not, though, and that's the sad fact of it. Look at how our previous opponents have fared. They're just not that good.

I feel the same way about Missouri. I'm not convinced that they are really that good, and they will probably lose big time next week to OU.

It's just that NU is really THAT BAD.
