What are the odds the Blackshirts improve in 2013?

There will be a ton of growing pains, and that UCLA game may be hard to watch. But, I do believe we will see a little improvement every week.

 
I think UCLA fans will shudder watching their D in that game even more than we will.

I have to believe our O will be even better. While their D has lost a TON to injury.

I think our D will have some growing pains, but their O lost the guy who gouged us the most.

I don't think we'll see improvement across the board, but that's because our defense--in the games we won, wasn't bad. It was in fact, pretty good. We'll improve in the big games on the simple logic that we really couldn't do any worse.

 
I am hopeful of improvement because our only defensive player at the combine was a safety that ran a 40 time equivalent of a slow linebacker. The new players have to be faster don't they?

I am very concerned because nearly every starter on the D-line sat out the spring game because of injuries.
