Ha, Social D. Whenever I hear this band now I'm reminded of one of my favorite Vandals songs from back in the day. Apparently it was written about So D's lead singer. It wasn't until a couple months ago that I realized the song wasn't about some random dude, but was pretty much a punk "dis" track about Johnny. It's funny how you can listen to a song or band a thousand times and still discover something new about them years later.

Just a random tidbit that I, and probably I alone found interesting. So yeah, back to the music then.

I'm willing to bet that's one of the first mosh pits to ever go down in Sadr City. Maybe not though. There could be a couple teenage Iraqi punks keeping the flame alive........Hey it's possible. :P

f#*k yeah! Op Ivy definitely earns you a +1. I was a restless lil' 15 year old F' up spending my summer locked away in Y.R.T.C.K when I was introduced to Op Ivy. No BS, that band changed my whole outlook on life. (And probably saved it to.)
