Really? I used to live right on Grand Lake in Grove OK. I spent one 4th at the Shangra La resort there and had a blast. Well the parts I remember where a blast anyway! :wasted

I will probably grill some ribs in the afternoon, drink a few brews, cause a few explosions. And hopefully make it out to the display at Grapevine(TX) lake if it's not to crowded.

My dads been to Grove, OK a few times to go spoonbill fishing. He caught a 89lbs a few years ago......that thing was a monster and was almost as long as him BTW he's 5'10.

I'll be working but hey it'll be holiday pay and I'll be done with work by 3:00 so I won't be missing out on anything much since everything happens at night.

The fireworks will be confiscated and you would receive a citation for use of illegal fireworks. This citation may either have a fine with it or a mandatory court date, depends on the cities.

I know what I would do..Especially in BRIs case since he has to work.

Find a relative or friend with some land and have a 5th of July Celebration.. :lol:
