Maybe to buy an extra ticket for your brother/friend?I was lucky. I went to UNL in the mid 90's. I think each home game ticket was around $18-$19? I remember someone asking me a few years ago how much someone had to pay to get my student ticket validated back then when I sold it, because apparently it's a lot different now. My response?![]()
Why the hell would I have ever sold my ticket?
I have no brothers, and my friends can get their own tickets if they didn't already have them. I'm kind of selfish when it came to Husker game tickets I guess.Maybe to buy an extra ticket for your brother/friend?I was lucky. I went to UNL in the mid 90's. That's about right. I was there 81-84ish and it seems a whole season was about $45.00. We'd go to every game except one, sell it for about $100, make $55 and see all minus one game. Down side was I was not at the OU game when they tore down the goal posts and paraded it down Q street. When I got back to school after Thanksgiving weekend, the main upright with the curve was in my bed at the frat.I think it was $6/game from 80-83, half price of regular tickets.
