What Did We Learn

Oh yeah, Colorado lost. Again.

Always a good day when Colorado is sucking so hard.

Edit - Well, is losing, technically. But yeah, we all know the outcome.

that chickens should not be counted before hatchage.

That I think the turning point of the season happened on a terrible officiating call (Ameer's "muffed" punt against ASU last week). Ever since then our defense has been playing pretty good.

Not much to take away against a far inferior opponent...but I learned:

For new guys I liked Cross, Davie, Janovich, and Heard has earned playing time.

C. Osborne can still deliver a hit!

Sean Fisher is smarter than those Harvard punks.

In things I already knew and had confirmed today:

Loving EMart as the Caveman unleashed! :w00t

Still very worried about the defense against top opponents. :ohnoes I was hoping for more out of Santos. I didn't think Green or Stafford played all that well either...these starters have to be locked in and I still see them struggling. We have to get this Defense dialed in! :throwdabones1:

UCLA is not a BCS bound team.

OU is overrated and living on past history. :spooners

If you pressure Denard Robinson, he is not that good of a QB. :nutz

LSU is not winning it all this year. :P

Arkansas really, really sucks (really). :rickjames

-1 I blame you for jinxing it.
I hate ....HATE. colorado, and I was very much looking forward to them going defeated this year, but the funny thing is...right now...even though it will be brief....colorado is ahead of usc and ucla in the Pac-12 south.

What a tremendous, high-quality day at the office for Damon Benning. Very knowledgeable, connected, a pleasure to listen to. I hope he gets a full-time gig covering Nebraska games for BTN - he is outstanding.

maybe nu should join the big sky.............i wish nu would hire bill synder from kansas state,,,they have a better coaching staff, and biil is miles ahead of our present head coach

I learned a lot. We were suppose to blow them out. I remember when we struggled with Maine....u guys remember that? We got some younger guys some snaps. Took a look at special teams and ironed out some wrinkles. Good game heading into Wisconsin. Also learned that banning isn't too bad on the sidelines reporting...
