What does Banker do well?

Riley fired Reed already. If his job depends on it or we force fire Banker like we should I trust Riley will do the right thing
He won't fire Banker. Banker may retire, that is probably our best bet and chance at a change.

Callahan kept Cosgrove to the end

Does MR have the balls to fire his bud (or Australian *bud* [see the shed] ) or suffer the consequences.

If he chooses to go down with Banker, how long does Nebraska allow it to happen? Is it after next year if its the same old same old? Or 2 more years?

Do we have anyone on staff that we should believe would be a significant upgrade? As in better D in 2017, not down the road.

If so, that would improve the odds of change.

Play 10 yards off the guy, as they run 6 yard routes...blows my mind
Yep. Our CBs are 10 yards off and concede any pass 5-6 yards. I do not understand why our corners play off so much.
It's brilliant. That's how you prevent giving up huge gains, don't challenge the short ones. Plus, it helps keep your offense off the field because the opponent is constantly driving on you. With the way our O line plays....I tells ya, it really is brilliance at work.
