I've thought about doing this for awhile but never thought I had enough time. I'll give it a go here and see how it goes.

Play by play courtesy Huskers.com. My comments in red.

MICH WINS TOSS AND DEFERS NEB TO RECEIVE AND DEFEND NORTH GOAL

MICH ball on MICH35. Wile, Matt kickoff 65 yards to the NEB0, touchback.

1-10 NEB 25 Abdullah, Ameer rush for no gain to the NEB25 (Gordon, Cameron)

Ace-Pistol set; Stretch right. Sirles and ARod get good blocks but Jake Long loses his block.

2-10 NEB 25 Armstrong, T. rush for loss of 5 yards to the NEB20 (Black, Jibreel).

Pistol set, Trips left with Carter tight; Sprint Option left. TA fakes the pitch and cuts up. ARod does a nice job reaching the NT but doesn't engage, instead running past him and allowing him to slide off and get to TA

3-15 NEB 20 Armstrong, T. pass complete to Westerkamp, J. for 27 yards to the NEB47, 1ST DOWN NEB P1 (Furman, Josh).

Shotgun Spread formation (TE, FL left; Slot, SE right). TA sets and steps up in the pocket, good protection. Finds Westerkamp in a hole in the zone. Nice throw and catch.

1-10 NEB 47 Abdullah, Ameer rush for 4 yards to the MICH49 (Morgan, Desmond)

Same play call as the first play but Michigan has thier LBs slid the other way. Both Carter and Enunwa go after the OLB. No one blocks the ILB or CB. AA gets past the ILB but CB gets him.

2-6 Mich 49 Armstrong, T. pass incomplete to Bell, Kenny

Shotgun, TE Trips left. TA throws the fade to Bell who is getting past the CB but the throw is short and to the inside (into the wind). If the ball is out in front of Bell, it's a TD.

3-6 Mich 49 Armstrong, T. pass incomplete to Enunwa, Quincy, QB hurry by Countess, Blake.

Shotgun Spread formation (TE, FL right; Slot, SE left). The biltzer hits TA as he throws the fade but Enunwa breaks the route off at the sticks.

4-6 Mich 49 Foltz, Sam punt 29 yards to the MICH20, out-of-bounds.

Pistol with offset I. Iso-type run left. Randle slows him up three yards deep and allows Anderson to scrape and Santos (who was on the line away from the play) to chase him down from behind.

2-11 Mich 19 Gardner, Devin rush for 2 yards to the MICH21 (Cooper, Corey).

Shotgun with two backs and a wing. Zone read right. Evans attacks the mesh point hard and forces Gardner to pull, tripping him up slightly. Cooper (who started lined up at WILL) scrapes and meet Gardner in the hold.

3-9 Mich 21 Gardner, Devin pass incomplete to Funchess, Devin.

Shotgun, one back, three receives stacked right until Funchess motions out of the stack wide right. Huskers have three down lineman with Gregory standing up - six blitz. Gregory hits Gardner as he throws. Pass is wide

4-9 Mich 21 Wile, Matt punt 44 yards to the NEB35, Westerkamp, J. return 17 yards to the MICH48 (Wilson, Jarrod).

Nice return by Westy, breaking three tackles with not a lot of room to work along the sideline.

Pistol set, Trips left with Cotton tight. Cotton comes inside and isos the ILB, leading for AA. AA makes the unblocked OLB grab air but tries to bounce then comes back inside instead of going straight ahead.

2-5 Mich 43 Armstrong, T. pass complete to Bell, Kenny for 6 yards to the MICH37, 1ST DOWN NEB P2 (Countess, Blake)

Shotgun spread set (TE, HB left, Slot, SE right). Play-action quick pass to Bell. Enunwa with a good block and Bell extends the ball for a first down as he's run OOB.

1-10 Mich 37 Cross, Imani rush for 7 yards to the MICH30 (Ross III, James).

Shotgun, two wide both sides. Zone read. TA probably should have pulled as the DE crashed pretty hard but Cross gets past the DE. Looks like Sirles should have come off to block the OLB that made the tackle instead of continuing to double the DT.

2-3 Mich 30 Armstrong, T. pass incomplete to Moore, Alonzo.e

Shotgun, two wide both sides. TA doesn't step into the throw well and it's low. Moore still should have made the catch

3-3 Mich 30 Abdullah, Ameer rush for 18 yards to the MICH12, 1ST DOWN NEB (Countess, Blake). R3

Shotgun, two receives both sides. Sprint Option left. AA makes a nice catch on a pitch that is high and behind him. Good run and good down-field blocking

1-10 Mich 12 Abdullah, Ameer rush for 3 yards to the MICH9 (Ryan, Jake).

Pistol, HB left, three wide. ARod pulls but we get no push from the left side. AA does a good job to drive forward as there was no hole.

2-7 Mich 09 Abdullah, Ameer rush for 4 yards to the MICH5 (Avery, Courtney).

Pistol. Unbalanced, both tackles left. ARod pulls left but again no hole. If AA bounces a step earlier there might have been room but he does a nice job of getting what he did.

3-3 Mich 05 Cross, Imani rush for 1 yard to the MICH4 (Henry, Willie;Bolden, Joe).

Shotgun, Trips Right. Zone read look but it's a designed give. Pensick doesn't overtake well after a chip from ARod and the DT gets Cross.

Shotgun, four wide, Trips left. Zone read. Alexander blitzes off the corner. Gregory slow plays to force the give.

Shotgun, Funchess motions across the formation to give Trips left. Huskers blitz six. Gardner tries to escape but Gregory pushes him back inside to Randle.

No idea what Newby was doing here. Had lots of time and room to make the catch. He was running to the side as if to decoy them. Maybe thought he was closer to the end zone and it was going to go in??? Ball landed on the 15.

Since Mavric took the time to do all of this I feel obligated to make at least one comment.

So a comment on that last punt return of the half, when Seisay got hit...I would just like to say that back when we played Oklahoma State, all of the announcers (and the NCAA by the way) acted like Eric Martin was the devil for a hit like that on a kick return...that hit on Seisay didn't even draw a flag. Where in the EFFFF is the consistency?
