What the **** happened yesterday? I had to go out of town, so couldn't watch or listen to the game. My son calls me and says, "41-40". Since he's the Buckeye fan, I thought he was joking. I couldn't believe it! Did we play that bad?? The Ball St. QB, Nate Davis, is from our area high school here in Ohio, and knew he had played well at Bellaire High School, but didn't expect anything like what happened! WOW!!!

 
BSU had a great 3rd down success rate. NU just couldn't step up and make a play. There were times when Davis was flushed out of the pocket, but he made good plays to avoid losses and get those big 3rd down conversions. It was difficult to watch the blackshirts get rolled over, because that is what happened. On the other hand, Keller was leading the offense pretty well, matching score for score, making just a few mistakes. It showed great leadership by Sam to carry this team to victory.

Defense didn't step up. Not taking any thing away from Davis, hes has all the throws. Don't know if we will see a better qb than him this year.

Did you see that throw he made into double coverage to get that touchdown!!!! He turned his head to the side halfway through his motion and just bombed it to a place only his receiver could catch it!!!! The receiver made a nice catch as well, but both of our guys were to busy staring at his a$$ or something instead of looking back for the ball and knocking it away........... :madash
