What is Your Football Wish

Big red 10+2 championship .......... play for the NC against a TBD SEC team, sorry big 12-2 your champ no loner gets a bye to the NC gam so sad.

 
My wish is 450 yds per game in offense (300 running, 150 passing) and averaging 35 points per game.

To go undefeated to meet in the NC game OU (on tradition), Notre Dame (because I want to get kicked out of a house again for saying, "we're crucifying touchdown jesus")

 
Big wish: Play for the National title (like every supporter of every team ever)

Not-quite-as-big-yet-more-unrealistic-wish: Beat Iowa by 700 points.

 
My wish is that we simply acquit ourselves well in each game we play this year. Win or lose, no more brain-cramp games on either side of the ball. Each game, 60 minutes of heads-up play. If we do that we'll improve on our four-loss streak.

My thoughts exactly Knapplc. We need to eliminate the bone headed mistakes with too many false starts, holding penalties, fumbles and personal fouls etc. That stalled too many drives/scoring opportunities last year. This sloppyness is really my only complaint of the team/coaching in the last 3 seasons.

For the Big 10 to snatch up Oklahoma and Mizzou once the Big 12 takes a header into the dirt.

Edit: Okla State and Notre Dame could round out the Big 10 superconference (maybe KU for basketball purposes). The SEC can have their pick of the Texas schools.
