What is your most prized Husker Posession???

Its not really a posession but a few memories.

When I was at OU we played you guys 4 times in 3 years. Twice in '78 in the regular season and in the Orange Bowl.

Last year I ran into Jarvis Redwine at the Home Depot in Hawthorn, CA. We had a nice visit, I told him how we studied film on him back in the day and the games that we played in against each other.

He told me how he ended up at NU, he was suppose to go to UTEP, but the coach left that was recruiting him and went to lOSUr. Then the head coach at stoolwater gets fired and an assistant ends up in Lincoln. Well, the assistant who was recruiting Jarvis told Tom about him gives him a scholarship. He was riding the pine until I.M. Hipp gets injured, and the rest is histroy as they say.

gOU Big Red

I have a ton of stuff but my most prized posession is a picture that I had taken with Brook Berringer. Two months later Brook went down in that horrible plane crash. I also have some autographed stuff from Clester "Tank" Johnson (He was my QB back in HS) and Reggie Baul.

Geezus... I'm jealous of some of you guys!!

I've got a football signed by Brook Berringer, and I think even T.O. I can't remember... it's locked away in one of them fire proof safe things...

I have a few.... First my T.O. shirt signed by T.O., my 2001 poster signed by most of the seniors including Eric Crouch, Toni Fonoti, and Darren Diedrick, and last my sports illustrated magazine with Eric Crouch on the cover and signed by Eric Crouch.

My football signed in 1997 by Scott Frost and most of the rest of the team.

I also have a little canister of turf from the field at the Orange Bowl when T.O. won his first National Championship. Always thought that was cool and a little different. (Though there's obviously no way to tell that it isn't dirt from my backyard....I know where it's from!!!)

I have a brick from the old Schulte Field House and freshman lockers that were used until Schulte was dorn down. Oh and Mike Rozier's helmet -- but who's bragging

I have Jeff Kenney locked in a room in my basement. Although he smells a little, I usually spray Febreeze under the door at least once a day.

:box :box :box

OK, its my washer and dryer, not Jeff Kenney.

Year before Bob Devaney passed, I caught him walking out of some building at the University (I don't remember which, I was only 12). I got him to autograph a football and shook his hand. It was pretty sweet.
