Bo is not leaving for these reasons:

1) He loves hearing us pester him about the blackshirts all the time.

2) Nebraska is still a top tier program in the sense that we have tons of championships and have always had solid tradition. Going to school like Ohio State or Penn State is a lateral move or could be seen as a step down in some areas.

3) Don't you think when T.O. interviewed Bo that he said he wanted the guy who takes the job to be here for the long haul?
