I don't know how this series will turn out but the first episode of season 1 was funny: Hung with Thomas Jane on HBO. He plays a HS teacher/basketball coach that is almost at rock bottom when he decides to market himself as a gigolo.
Season 2 of The Wire? That season is good, because it is highly talked about by Wire fans as being "underrated/overrated".
What type of show are you looking for? Narrowing it down a bit would allow for better suggestions.
It can't be better than Boardwalk Empire. Game of Thrones is getting my attention also. I doubt Breaking Bad is better than either of those, but I haven't seen a single episode of Breaking Bad, so I can't be sure.
It's one of those movies that is great if you watch it with a few friends and a lot of beer. It's terrible other than that.I heard from Bucky that the Human Centipede was a great movie.
