What Sooner fans think..

Linky

Well, the Sooner fans seem a whole lot more resonable in their game assessments. Mostly they are right on on everything but the final score. A refreshing change.

I think the Husker are going in with all the momentum and with the fan support, I look for an impressive outing. :corndance

Here is what one fan thinks and I tend to agree! :corndance

Re: How do the Sooners match up with the huskers?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My break-down of the match-ups...

When Nebraska has the ball:

Look for the Huskers to come out with 11 players, who will line up in some sort of formation. The Sooners will counter with 11 players on the other side of the ball, in a formation of their own designed to foil the Nebraska plan, not unlike meddling hippies at a haunted amusement park.

When OU has the ball:

The Sooners may take a page out of the NU book on offense, bringing out our own version of the 11-man formation. Undaunted by our brazen attempt at idea theft, Nebraska will answer by adapting OUR "11 men standing across from the ball, ready to tackle" plan.

At least, that's how I see it breaking down.

I thought that was pretty funny. :rollin :rollin :rollin

From my experience, Sooner fans have been very classy individuals. They know about ups and downs, and about tradition. They know to that everything is proven on the field, and not by making classless comments. It is mostly one hit wonders who talk unwarranted smack.

I don't think I could imagine a better Big XII game for Saturday...........considering we didn't get to play them this year and that bummed a lot of people out, this obviously makes a lot of people happy now.

Oklahoma fans are educated about Football. They are a much differant fan than Colorado has. The Buff fans have no clue about Football and do nothing to get educated about it. They don't even know that CU was running a differant offense against us than they ran all season.

fans are classy, you just got to stay away from the pep squad and there rifles during warm ups
Why???
do you remember the effin hillbilly game???

during warm ups one of our players ran over one of their pep squad people and he ended up getting charged with assualt and had to go to court down in Norman and everything. dude got some teeth knocked out and such.

DeLeon was the O-lineman i think

That's f'ing retarded!!! It's a football game and if your standing on the sideline or anywhere close to it you have to expect that your going to get hit!!!
