What Tim Tebow and Tommie Frazier have in common

All-American
Both of these young men saved the best for last. Tommie did it on a bigger stage, against Florida and helped win the second National Championship for TO and the forth for Nebraska. Tebow was not playing for a NC but wow what numbers he put up. He had a hand in over 500 yards, went 34 for 37 passing and three TD's. (2 pass, 1 run).

The pro teams that pass on Tebow will be making a big mistake, he's a great kid, a big time winner and a leader in every sence of the word.

i don't know if they'll be making much of a mistake, I've heard the Jags have some interest in drafting him though so maybe they have an offensive renaissance ready down there, should be interesting to watch unfold.

and for the record i'd still take Tommie frazaaaah and his nebraska teams over tebow's florida teams any day

Fixed it for ya SD. ...and I agree with you. The Huskers of '94 and '95 would have done the same thing to these Gators as we did to Miami and 'the Ole' Ball Coach,' Danny Wurfel and the '95 Gators.

their first names both start with T?

other than that, the comparisons and similarities end for me.

scott frost as a pro > anything timmy telblow does as a pro

Both did extraodinary things as college athletes. Tim Tebow was a beast throughout his years at Florida even if the media did over hyped him.

Now here comes the Tebow hate <_<

i just keep seeing quotes where hes talking, and seems really serious, about getting a chance to play qb in the league. reminds me of crouch is all. i think some of the qualities that made him such a good leader type college qb could end up hurting his overall pro prospects.

and yes, i still despise everything florida gator. always will.
