Last week, during the Monday Night College football game, the question was, "Texas has the most Div. I college football programs with 10. What state is 2nd?".

I thought the answer most likely is either Cali of Fla. Anybody know the answer?

BTW - What ARE the 10 football programs in Texas? I've come up with: Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Baylor, Rice, Houston. What else am I missing?
