I got shaving cream one year when I took the kids out.

This happens a lot in our neighborhood. There are firepits in the driveways of many houses, and the dads are all standing around drinking beer. I've been offered several beers over the years, from friends & people I don't know.

The dentist that lived in the neighborhood gave out toothbrushes.

Love to buy a couple of big bags of Baby Ruths to hand out to the 10 - 15 trick or treaters.

The awful peanut butter candies I hand out to the teens that come around.

asked the same at my office today.  General consensus is that snickers and peanut butter cups are timeless.  3 Musketeers are making a comeback.  And Halloween popcorn balls found at Walmart are the darkhorse.
