What's up with the new banner?

we (or the powers above me...I'm still just a newb mod 
) wanted to freshen it up a bit by changing it out. The current one came in second place in the contest awhile back so the Admins wanted to give it some time as the main banner too.

It's the one I created for the contest, but I had no idea or hadn't read it was being put up....
I don't know how much I like it, and I created it haha, but its just that it has Callahan and a lot of players who won't be here now.
So.... I'm thinking I'm going to make a more current one and see if I can get it put up!
