I feel like the amount of publicity that Suh has received this week serves as a good consolation prize for the loss last weekend. As much as that loss stung us, something positive came out of it.

It's been awhile since Husker Nation has been able to come together and celebrate the accomplishments of one of our own on a National Stage, even if only for a week. Suh was our spokesman this week and I'm proud of the way he represented the team and Husker fans across the country.

At the end of the day, it's positive PR for our program. Best believe that Suh's impact here will be felt for a long time to come. I feel like the Pelini Bros. + a boy named Suh kick started the "2nd Coming" of Husker Football. The "House" may be gone next year, but he'll leave some "Spears" behind for our future players to continue where he left off. ;)

Apologies for my attempt at poetry in the end there.

Yeah, it is really good to see us get some good press on the National level finally...hope it continues.

Winning will have to happen to keep it going. It's definitely been the national media's feel good story of the week though. The D-Lineman who crashed the pretty boy offense players party in New York for the first time in something like 25 years. Great for Suh, great for NU though, no doubt. He's made the state and university very proud.

I agree. I think the national exposure for the close call with

texas(even VT and beating OU) along with Suh's accomplishments will really help us with recruiting. When the Offense gets fixed, we are gonna be back in the hunt and its gonns be sooner than later! GBR!

It was disappointing to see Suh not win a ring his final year. However, his personal accomplishments are far beyond a single conference championship. Best of luck to Ndamukong Suh.

Agreed.

He's a great player on a flawed team. The good and the bad, all in one season.
