Did I say old grey men?  I’m saying make the best hire, A PROVEN CANDIDATE who isn’t selling houses right now and has never been involved with the athletic department aside from playing basketball.

Like Byrne? Okay. That's what I expect them to do. But I'm afraid they'll drag in some stranger who will hire Bill Callahan. Or maybe they'll hire Bert because a prominent booster told them to. Kind of funny how that hasn't happened for a while.....maybe the new admin will do it right this time.

 
Offer your boatload of money to Ferentz.  He coaches power football, develops offensive lineman and knows Nebraska football.  Best of all, I think now that he's out of Ferentz kids to give scholarships and has a Ferentz kid ensconced as the Iowa head coach heir apparent, he's probably looking for a new gig.  Plus...I hate the guy.
