When I heard that the move was likely going to happen, I assumed that we would be hearing about Missouri and their giddiness over their invite? Did they not get invited? I thought that they would be such a good fit in the Big-11 on the basis of their J-School alone!

May be out, may be in. Who knows.

IMO, it would be a mistake for the Big 10 not to have Mizzou, with Missouri being adjacent to 2 Big 10 states, a natural rivalry with Illinois, good academic fit, high profile football and basketball and very good non-revenue sports (baseball, softball, wrestling have all been very decent in the last 4-5 years), new BBall arena, new women's softball field, fantastic new aquatic facility and the Kansas City and St. Louis TV markets.
