Where's Cy?

Last time on the Board was July 11. Not unusual during the off-season for Cy, he frequently goes weeks without an appearance. I suspect it happens each time he gets a new probation officer...

He's migrating right now to a more temperate climate.

We're working with game & fish to put a tag on his ear to track his whereabouts...

 
I am guessing he has been pondering a very detailed "projection" on how each team will do this year and I am sure it will be pure reading enjoyment :)
