Ohio State last year. Absolute destruction and domination.  Haven't seen Nebraska dominated like that in any game I can remember.

The game tonight did not hurt at all...

BYU 2015

Miami 2015

Purdue 2015

Iowa 2016

Wiscsonsin 2016

Wisconsin 2015

Northern Illinois 2017

Illinois 2015

Nice
Exactly.  Tonight didnt hurt.  It went exactly as predicted.  Tonight was the least hyped Ive ever been for a Husker game.

I'd say the Iowa game last year.  Even with the the season coming to an end that loss exposed a lot though the Ark St game this year made me say "Ah Hell"

I don't know if hurt is the right word, but I think the worst/dumbest loss was Purdue in 2015 and it isn't even that close. Nebraska lost by 10 to a team that finished with only one other win that season. And Purdue's other win was against a bad FCS team in Indiana State. Nebraska trailed 42-16 at one point. The game wasn't as close as the score indicated. It's the worst loss in my lifetime. I hope I live a long time and it stays the worst loss.

Man, these Ohio State losses are pretty bad too though.

It's crazy that some people were predicting 10 wins this year after all these bad losses we have endured as fans.

It is true...go back and look when he was hired.  The closest that any fan was to be thrilled was one of these two posts.

1.  I am willing to give him a chance, anything is better than Bo and his attitude

2.  I did some research and found these links to some stories about how MR is a super good coach.

It was a bad hire by an AD that was a bad AD.  We all knew the hire was lame we all just tried convincing ourselves that it wasn't.

Northern Illinois was the worst for me . They were not a better team than us but they came to OUR stadium and beat us . That should never happen .

Northern Illinois changed the entire trajectory of this season and year. Sad as it is, most people predicted the rest of this season Togo about how it has. That loss magnified all the others and is what really woke up the powers that be to move on Riley.

The announcement of his hiring and then brining so much of his staff are 1a and 1b.  The staff announcement is when I honestly stopped having an open mind about his hiring

I think all of us deep down knew Riley wasn't going to work as soon as he was announced.  I officially stopped drinking the koolaid after the Purdue game.  We had a backup QB, it was really windy and Purdue had a really poor rush defense and Langs still had us throw the whole game.  That kind of arrogance, that we could run any system and regardless of player talent, environment or anything and still be successful by Riley and Langs brought me back to reality about their coaching ability.  Watching the defense get run over, the players' apathy, and the offense struggle convinced me Riley wasn't going to pan out.

Purdue for these reasons.
