I've said for years that Adidas would have been ahead to just use our practice jerseys as the alternates.  They're better than all but maybe one of the alternates they've designed (not counting the throw-backs which they didn't have to design).

White is right!  

I always thought those old cream helmets looked like white ones that got left out in the sun too long.  /JMHO  

I realize that I am getting dangerously close to the point where I am no longer consider a "young fan," but I always thought it was cool that the helmets had that slight cream color to them.  I never liked the "bright" white that we transitioned to.  Then again, I'm the kind of guy that likes the well-worn baseball cap look.  Our helmets SHOULD look like they were outside too long!
