did we forget about Byford, he is just a junior right? He has been the starting center since the 2nd game of the year. or do you think that Roark is going to be all that and a bag of chips

too early to tell. There will be 16 guys battling it out for 5 starting jobs. Talk about good competition. The current starters should be better, but there have been rave reviews of some of the red shirting guys like DJ Jones.

There are now two Roarks on the team. I get them confused, but one was scheduled to be the starting center at OU after spring ball. However, he left the team after a semester. He enrolled early at OU, but has to sit out a year. I'm not sure if he can redshirt. I remember reading he had to sit without redshirting because he transfered to a school in the Big 12 but I may be mistaken.

I have to say I don't see Slauson in the inside. We pull the guards quite a bit and I'm not sure he is mobile enough for that. However, I can't remember if he pulls from his tackle position. Anyway you cut it our O line should be very good next fall.

 
anyway you look at it there is going to be more depth next year and the compitition for PT is going to make it that much better

 
Murtha continues to get too much respect as a football player. He is a young adult, and a fine one at that, but he has not lived up to the hype. We need to take our "star glasses" off and analyze what happens on the field. Our fine coaches have given Murtha multiple chances to prove himself and he has not. Simple as that.

 
There is finally a lot of depth and they will be cycled in and out quite often. If I had to guess, my guess would be....

LG Christensen, Andy OL 6-3 300 So.

C Byford, Brett OL 6-3 300 Jr.

If Slauson is mobile enough to play T he can play G..

Inside sources say Keith is a animal..
