This is a very hard place to coach at. You have fans that are insane about football. Pressure on your kids that you would otherwise see at a school that finishes in the top 10 every year.

Alumni that are incredibly entitled( I can agree that they deserve some tlc)

A place that is very difficult to recruit to. Ohio State and Florida are right in the middle of recruiting hotbeds.

Urban will never come to Nebraska. Never. It would never be in his best interests to do so.
