Who should our next HC be?

I would vomit on myself if they hired him.

He just wants one more chance:

How dare you for posting something of substance on this thread.    :yeah    Ok, we need to narrow our search to a P5 coach.

Honestly, I kind of hope they took a big swing at John Harbaugh, it was announced he was almost fired last year. Imagine the marketing just for the battle for '97 alone.

So would Bo still be our coach if that 1 second was NOT placed on the clock and/or if he had won the CCG vs OU the next year.

It's a long time to guess at "still".

But a conference championship and (likely) a BCS bowl win (we would have played a middling UConn team in the Fiesta Bowl) would have made a significant difference in the perception of the program.

Perlman would have continued to push Bo's buttons in an effort to force him out. It'd be one of those, you're too good at your job to fire you, but we'll still make you so uncomfortable that you want to leave type situations. I loved Bo as a coach, loved tunnel walk of shame, wish we had a redo and could've kept him, but I still see no way he would still be head coach. Perlman would have made sure of it

He would have been able to recruit better with that, and likely wouldn't have had Eichorst & Perlman actively working against him to kneecap the program.
