How many coaches out there that could be attainable have been to an NCAA championship game and competed in multiple CCGs in arguably the toughest division in football (SEC West)?

Whoever the guy is needs to realize it's not just about development, especially with USC coming into the league, you need to be able to recruit as well.

Bill O’Brien looks more and more of an option.   He’s coached at the highest levels and knows what B10 football is about having coached in it.  Keep Mickey of the staff as Associate Head Coach.
