You go to live scoring, hit the blue circle with white lines and select "period" towards the top

That gives their actual stats for the week.  But we were trying to find if there is any "projected" stats like most NFL fantasy games have.

They don't have any projected state, you'll have to look at their matchups and project them yourself.  The funness of college football!!
