Hmmm... if the heisman is given to the BEST COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYER OF THE YEAR...

... shouldn't the list be filled with only Heisman winners?? ;)

You'd think so but the Heisman is really only given to QB's and RB's so when you talk about best players of all time you'd leave out the whole defensive side of the ball, wr's, lineman, etc.

 
Most of those type of lists are biased towards players who played recently. That list seems to be biased in favor of players playing pre-1960.....

I don't see how Tommie Frazier wouldn't at least be in the top ten of anyone's list.
