Prognostications and forecasts aside, NU needs a win.  The Illinois loss looks terrible at this stage and we are underwater for the season if we wish to be bowl eligible.  Despite assertions to the contrary, moral victories do not count for anything.  

The final score is irrelevant, just win baby!

 
I see this as 41-17 type win.  I believe the defense will control the game and get 7 points in this one.  We will get out of our own way and have a few easy scores and sustain a few more drives.

 
Nebraska is feeling nostalgic and wins 66-17.

I wish. It'll probably be another heart attack inducing game. But I still think we win. 

 
Yes we have many "issues". We have a lot going for us too. I'll be rooting for and not against the team. Thank you!

 
If we have Iowa’s special teams, we run NW out of the stadium. Given how special our unspecial teams are, we still win but it is a close encounter. Win by a field goal or a TD at best. Hoping that Fitzgerald does not outcoach Frost as he has done over the past years.

 
If we want to be bowl eligible, I hope we do that before our Iowa game. If we have to depend on beating Iowa to become bowl eligible, we are in for a long offseason. We need to win the NW game badly.

 
I got us losing in a close game. Until this team actually proves it is capable of beating a Power 5 team I will remain skeptical of believing the podium talk. Northwestern, like Purdue, has had our number lately.

NU should steamroll NW.

NU is better across the board.
