I don't know when this "incident" occured. But I can attest that Jonathan Rose is in the room in the video for the reveal of the Alt Unis on Tuesday... so as of then he was still in Lincoln, and still with the team.

Santos's birthday is June 22nd. I'd assume that's when it happened. (or early morning of the 23rd)

I'd say at this point it's the only thing we factually know. Santos did turn 21 this last weekend.
