Mine has to be Bill Bush. The guy has brought in 4 guys that in reality could start for our team next year.

What about Shawn Watson? Don't know the exact figures, but he really cracked the lid on Texas this year.

 
Although Watson grabbed some good talent I don't think he did that great of job compaired to the other coaches at NU.

BUT! It's a start when it comes to recruiting out of Texas! Bush on the otherhand went recruiting through that state of Arizona like an F-5 Tornado! Wags was another one that did really well recruiting.

Bill Busch is a hell of a recruiter. Responsible for getting Thenarse and Culbert here. I think Watson was a great addition and I am interested to see how Wyatt adds to the dynamic currently in place.

If he is anything like the rest, it should add another quality recruiter .

 
My vote goes to the recruiting coordinator - Watson.

Organizing the effort is the key to getting a top-to-bottom quality class (which I think NU has this year).

Its interesting that the year NU lost its "best recruiter" in Blake they are putting together a great recruiting class.

 
I'd say it's Busch then Wagner then Watson then Gilmore. One interesting note is they now credit Grant to Jordan when he was recruited by Blake.

Busch deserves a lot of credit here, along with Watson ....

This staff has been able to recruit.... I just hope that we don't see any last second defectors....

This class is shaping up to be maybe the best class that BC has put together.....
