Why doesn't this guy have an offer?

Its because the coaching staff has given up on recruiting since they know they are getting fired

I tried to find out some information about Clinkscales a few weeks ago when he got rated the #1 DT JUCO prospect by 247. He has three of his officials set up, but no offer or mention of contact with Nebraska. He is a 2-2 guy and will be graduating in May, so no chance to go through spring ball. That means where ever he goes, he will be walking into campus in the fall, have no redshirt year, and will only have two years. So, whoever gets him needs to think that he can start contributing 100% on Day 1 for an offer to be worth it. Might be too big of a gamble for Bo and staff (just speculating).

 
Based on the number of JUCO's offered the last few years, I have to believe there would be a very good reason why they haven't offered him yet.
