Why is Mark May a Hater! Seriously!!!

Throughout the years I have noticed that Mark May is a complete douchbag who has nothing nice to say about the Huskers no matter what they do. During half time today, they did not even discuss the game that was featured. It is as if Nebraska killed his pet dog and fed it to him. I mean, the guy just hates us. Why? I have been dying to know why this arse has it for the Huskers. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Is he still alive?? Literally havent seen him for a long time. Btw, havent missed him.

 
I notice this too. What is up with Mark May? I mean Mack Brown is way better when it comes to complimenting our program.

 
say what you want about Mark May, but my goodness I would take May and Holtz on College football final over the guys they have on that show now.

 
He tried to show us some love 2 or 3 years ago. It didn't work out to well for us.

I don't know that he hates us as much as he just seems to fangirl over the handful of teams that are "elite"

 
I actually really enjoy Mack Brown. Definitely better than Holtz and May. May is a hater and Holtz is friggen delirious.

 
We were at the top of the ratings for so long,its just natural for some to be jealous and hate. Especially,when they know they will never get there.(iowa,mizzoo,colorado......)

 
If I recall, back when Trev Alberts was part of the show, they really, really didn't like each other and the vitriol has remained even years after Trev moved on.

 
One thing that may have chapped him was the many times ESPN had contests where fans could vote on the "Best Teams of the Decade" and I believe Nebr fans found a way to put 3 different NU teams in the Final 4. I remember Trev A laughing and Mark M steaming.
